Examples of Other Required Governmental Approvals in a sentence

  • No event has occurred nor has any circumstance arisen that would reasonably be likely to result in the failure any Other Required Governmental Approvals or of any other authorizations to be received in a timely manner in order to permit the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Required Governmental Approvals means the Company Required Governmental Approvals and the Parent Required Governmental Approvals.
