Out-of-network providers may be allowed to bill you for the difference between what your plan pays and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your plan’s deductible or annual out-of-pocket limit.
Out-of-home care means placement in a foster family home or group care facility licensed pursuant to chapter 74.15 RCW or placement in a home, other than that of the child's parent, guardian, or legal custodian, not required to be licensed pursuant to chapter 74.15 RCW.
Out-of-network provider means any provider that is not directly or indirectly employed by or does not have a provider agreement with the contractor or any of its subcontractors pursuant to the contract between the department and the contractor.
Out-of-pocket maximum means the maximum amount you will have to pay for allowable covered expenses under a health plan, which may or may not include the deductibles or copayments, depending on the contract for that plan. The specific deductibles or copayments included in the out-of-pocket maximum may vary by policy. Expenses that are applied toward the out-of-pocket maximum should be noted in boxes 8 through 31.
Control system means the combination of capture and control devices used to reduce emissions to the atmosphere.
Outfall means a point source.
Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.
Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
Final Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.
Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
Designated Record Set shall have the same meaning as the term “designated record set” in 45 C.F.R. § 164.501.
Net Load means the difference between the load of a given substance as calculated from a sample taken of the discharge and the load of the same substance in a sample taken at the intake which supplies water to given process. For purposes of this definition, samples that are taken to determine the net loading shall always be 24-hour composite samples made up of at least six increments taken at regular intervals throughout the plant day.
Out-of-Pocket Costs means, with respect to certain activities hereunder, direct expenses paid or payable by either Party or its Affiliates to Third Parties and specifically identifiable and incurred (and invoiced) to conduct such activities for an Agreement Product, as applicable, including payments to contract personnel; provided, however, that amounts paid to [***] will not be considered Out-of-Pocket Costs.

Reservation System means the Contributor's Reservation Terminal and Reservation System equipment and software, if any.
Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.
Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.
Storm water management plan means a comprehensive plan designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants from storm water after the site has under gone final stabilization following completion of the construction activity.
General purpose equipment means equipment, which is not limited to research, medical, scientific or other technical activities. Examples include office equipment and furnishings, modular offices, telephone networks, information technology equipment and systems, air conditioning equipment, reproduction and printing equipment, and motor vehicles.
Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.
