OUT-OF. CLASS shall mean performing the majority of essential functions of a job in a higher grade/class.
OUT-OF. CLASSIFICATION PAY‌ If a supervisor assigns an employee to perform the full range of duties of a higher classification, the employee shall receive out-of-classification pay up to a maximum of ten percent (10%) above the employee’s rate of pay, or the maximum salary of the higher classification where there is not a ten percent (10%) differential between the classifications. A department head may approve out-of-classification pay greater than ten percent (10%) with written justification and approval by the appropriate Charter Officer.

OUT-OF. Network. The PPO indemnity health plan shall be subject to an annual $100 per individual/$300 per family deductible, after which all covered medical services and supplies obtained out-of-network shall be subject to a 20 percent individual-paid co-insurance amount until the annual out-of-network co-insurance limit of $500 per individual/$1,500 per family is reached. Effective when UHC becomes the TPA but no sooner than April 1, 2011, the PPO indemnity health plan shall be subject to an annual $326 per individual/$500 per family deductible, after which all covered medical and supplies obtained out-of-network shall be subject to a 30 percent individual-paid co- insurance amount until the annual out-of-network co- insurance limit of $1,100 per individual/$2.800 per family is reached…. The in-network and out-of-network deductibles and co- insurance limits cross apply between in-network and out-of-network. Effective when UHC becomes the TPA but no sooner than April 1, 2011, the in- network and out-of-network deductibles do not cross- apply. In the event that the TPA is unable to administer the cross-application of coinsurance, the Board shall make affected plan participants whole for any amount billed above the co-insurance limits.
OUT-OF. The-Money - A Call is Out-Of-The-Money when the exercise price is above the market price of the Underlying Futures Contract. A Put is Out-Of-The-Money when the exercise price is below the market price of the Underlying Futures Contract.
OUT-OF. Employees who are on special assignment or out of town overnight shall be reimbursed for meals and accommodations, to a maximum per diem for meals of: thirty-nine dollars ($39.00). ($39.00 dinner) Where exceptional conditions require a higher per diem than those contained herein, the Company will provide, with prior approval, an additional amount based on conditions at the location Meal allowance will be cumulative from one meal to the next. Employees on out-of-town assignment as per this Article or Article shall receive single occupancy accommodations, when available at the location, at the Company's expense.
OUT-OF. Employees required to be out of the region on business of shall receive reimbursement for actual meal expenses up to a maximum of per full day for meals, actual necessary lodging and transportation expenses.
OUT-OF kind may be acceptable in the following circumstances: a) When the resources adversely affected provide minimal desirable function and are not considered limiting for a Special Species, or determined limiting within the watershed; or b) When out-of-kind functions proposed are demonstrated by the proponent and agreed to by the permitting agencies, to be critical or limiting within the watershed and provide a net gain for the resources of the watershed.
OUT-OF domicile pilots may use the VFL to request out- of-domicile flights but shall be considered after in- domicile pilots.
OUT-OF. CLASSIFICATION PAY‌ When, in the determination by the General Manger or designee, it is necessary to assign the full range of duties and responsibilities of a job classification higher than those normally performed by an employee due to the temporary absence of an employee in a job classification higher than a TEAMSTERS employee or a vacancy in a job classification higher than a TEAMSTERS employee, employee so assigned shall be compensated. The employee temporarily assigned shall be paid at the rate of 5% above the total salary of the highest paid subordinate.
