Over Delivery definition

Over Delivery means the delivery to the Transportation System by a Shipper of a quantity of Natural Gas on a Day that is greater than the Shipper's Nominated Quantity on the Day;
Over Delivery occurs when Actual Delivery under a Booking Agreement is more than Deal Delivery and Over Delivered shall be construed accordingly;
Over Delivery means an imbalance created when a Xxxxxx’x deliveries of Gas into its Pool exceed the quantities of Gas delivered by Xxxxxx to Customers out of the Pool during a Gas Day.

Related to Over Delivery

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
