Owner Engineer means the engineering firm designated by Owner, for the benefit of Owner, from time to time in a Notice to Contractor as Owner’s engineer for the Project.

Owner Engineer means the Person(s) who is anticipated to or will have access to Contractor Proprietary Data (including Non-Disclosable Information), and who is selected by Owner to perform construction and design and/or plant operation phase services for Owner in connection with the Facility and solely for Facility Purposes, who is subject to the prior written approval of Contractor and who has entered into a non-disclosure agreement with Contractor and Owner relative to AP1000 Facility Information, the terms of which are equivalent to those set forth in Exhibit O.

Examples of Owner Engineer in a sentence

  • Request from Owner, Engineer, or Contractor seeking information required by or clarifications of the Contract Documents.

  • If after considering any objections of Owner, Engineer considers the Work substantially complete, Engineer shall deliver a certificate of Substantial Completion to Owner and Contractor.

  • Prior to the expiration of the one year guarantee period and subsequent release of guarantees, the Owner, Engineer and Contractor shall conduct an inspection to determine that all deficiencies have been corrected and that no new defects or deficiencies exist in the materials or workmanship in respect to the works.

  • If the Change quotation is agreed to, then the Owner shall immediately issue a Change Order recording the Change, which shall be signed by the Owner, Engineer and the Contractor.

  • In the event Engineer is delayed in the performance of Services because of delays caused by Owner, Engineer shall have no claim against Owner for damages or contract adjustment other than an extension of time.

  • SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Municipal Engineer means the Engineer for the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley or any person acting in that capacity or the Public Works Manager of the “Township”.

  • Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Architect or Engineer means an individual, firm, partnership, association, properly qualified person or the legally authorized representative(s), designated by the Owner, experienced in and legally qualified to practice the profession involved for the administration of the contract, inspections and testing. The term shall apply to the Owner when the Owner is acting as its own Architect or Engineer.

  • County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.

  • Superintending Engineer means the In-charge Superintending Engineer of the Institute, who as overall In-charge and head of the Institute Works Department shall direct the contract.
