Owner Works definition

Owner Works has the meaning given to that term in the Works Coordination Agreement.
Owner Works has the meaning given in clause 2.3(c).

  • This Schedule applies to the inspection and testing of the Owner Works.

  • If the Owner (or its Personnel) or Generator (or its Personnel) seeks access to Powerlink’s Entity Works or an Associated Site (other than at the Negotiated Assets Access Rights which is separately addressed in clause 12) for the purpose of the Generator Works or the Owner Works, the Owner and Generator must, and must each procure that its Personnel, comply with item 4 of Schedule 8.

Related to Owner Works

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;
