NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.
Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.
Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.
Clerical error means a minor error:
Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.
Error means any failure of the Software to operate in conformance with the Documentation in any material respect.
Continued Errors has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(c)(iii).
Area Control Error or “ACE” shall mean the instantaneous difference between a Balancing Authority’s net actual and scheduled interchange, taking into account the effects of Frequency Bias and correction for meter error.
Severity 3 means the unavailability of an individual resource and automated redundancy is fulfilling demand.
Critical Illness or “CI” means Diagnosis of any of the following Covered Conditions which occur directly as a result of illness, and first occur after the Effective Date of Insurance:
Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
Workaround means a change in the procedures followed or data supplied by Customer to avoid an Error without substantially impairing Customer’s use of the Software.
Bug means a repeatable phenomenon of unintended events or actions during the running of a Software Device under normal conditions that results in:
(a) the software component of such Software Device being unable to perform repeatedly and without interruption in the manner in which such Software Device is commonly intended to be used; or
(b) the destruction or corruption of the data embodied in such Software Device.
Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.
Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.
Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.
Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.
Encounter means a record of a medically-related service rendered by an AHCCCS-registered provider to a member enrolled with a contractor on the date of service.
Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.
Errors shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Critical Service Failure shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4 of the Order Form;
Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Severity 2 means the unavailability of an individual resource and redundant capability is not available or exhausted.
