PARCEL I definition

PARCEL I has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals.
PARCEL I means that portion of the former military Base consisting of approximately 000 xxxxx xx xxxx xxxx more particularly described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and depicted as PAZs 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 and a portion of PAZ 20, on the Conceptual Overlay Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
