Park Land definition

Park Land means land that is designated on the Site Plan as “Park Land”.
Park Land means Crown land constituted under The Parks Act as a provincial park, protected area, recreation site, or historic site.
Park Land means any publicly owned land which is des- ignated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or water- fowl refuge or historic site.
