Parking project means the parking structures and related parking improvements for the Commercial Project and the Residential Project, including an underground and above ground parking structure. The Parking Project is located on property within the Project Area and property outside the Project Area but contiguous with the Project Area and necessary for the implementation of the Project Plan.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
