Shutdown means the cessation of operation of equipment.
Partial closure means the closure of a hazardous waste management unit in accordance with the applicable closure requirements of Sections 264 and 265 of this regulation at a facility that contains other active hazardous waste management units. For example, partial closure may include the closure of a tank (including its associated piping and underlying containment systems), landfill cell, surface impoundment, waste pile, or other hazardous waste management unit, while other units of the same facility continue to operate.
Partial Dependant means a "dependant" as prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subclause who receives a location allowance which is less than the location allowance prescribed in subclause (1) of this clause or who, if in receipt of a salary or wage package, receives less than a full consideration for which the location allowance is payable pursuant to the provisions of this clause.
Partial Taking means the taking of only a portion of the Premises which does not constitute a Total Taking; (4) "Date of Taking" means the date upon which the title to the Premises, or a portion thereof, passes to and vests in the condemnor or the effective date of any order for possession if issued prior to the date title vests in the condemnor; and (5) "Award" means the amount of any award made, consideration paid, or damages ordered as a result of a Taking.
Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than 50% of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises immediately prior to such damage or destruction, excluding from such calculation the value of the land and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.
Health professional shortage area means that term as defined in section 332(a)(1) of subpart II of part C of title III of the public health service act, chapter 373, 90 Stat. 2270, 42 U.S.C. 254e.
Lot Line, Front means, in the case of an interior lot, the line dividing the lot from the street. In the case of a corner lot, the shorter lot line abutting a street shall be deemed the front lot line. In the case of a corner lot where the length of the lot lines abutting a street are equivalent or there are three abutting streets the front lot line shall be deemed to be the lot line where the face of the building intended to be the front is located. In the case of a through lot, only one of the lot lines abutting a street shall be deemed to be the front lot line.
Partial Payment means any payment by Borrower, other than a voluntary prepayment permitted under the Note, which is less than a full outstanding Periodic Payment.
Affected facility means, with reference to a stationary source, any apparatus to which a standard is applicable.
Premises Building Partial Damage shall herein mean damage or destruction to the building of which the Premises are a part to the extent that the cost of repair is less than 50% of the then replacement cost of such building as a whole.
Partial confinement means confinement for no more than one
Partial Condemnation means any Condemnation which does not constitute a Termination Event.

Mixed martial arts means a form of combat, either amateur or professional, that involves the use of a combination of techniques from different disciplines of the martial arts, including grappling, kicking, and striking, subject to the limitations contained in this act and rules promulgated under this act.
Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.
Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.
Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.
Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.
Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.
Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.
