SCHEDULE PART 3B – RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE ECONOMIC FORUM Chair 1 The members of the Economic Forum shall appoint one of their number appointed by a Participating Authority as Chair of the Economic Forum; the Chair must always be a member of the Economic Forum appointed by a Participating Authority.
All legal fees and other expenses incurred in the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement shall be met by the Participating Authority by whom they were incurred.
