Participating Authority definition

Participating Authority means a Contracting Authority entitled to place Orders under this Framework Agreement including the Authority and any other Contracting Authority as set out in the Key Provisions;
Participating Authority means a local authority mentioned in section 1(3) (a);
Participating Authority means an authority responsible for registration/licensure in one of the signatory country jurisdictions, where this is not the International Agreement Authorised Member

Examples of Participating Authority in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall perform all Contracts entered into under this Framework Agreement by the Authority or any other Participating Authority in accordance with: the requirements of this Framework Agreement; and the provisions of the respective Contracts.

  • Without prejudice to any rights and remedies that the Participating Authority may have under the relevant Contract and/or the Authority may have under this Framework Agreement, the Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to resolve such complaint within ten (10) Business Days and in so doing, shall deal with the complaint fully, expeditiously and fairly.

  • The Supplier agrees that it will not in its dealings with a Participating Authority seek to impose or rely on any other contractual terms which in any way vary or contradict the relevant Contract.

  • Any Participating Authority may enter into Contracts by placing an Order in accordance with the Ordering Procedure.

  • The Supplier agrees that the Call-Off Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods shall apply to all supplies of Goods made by the Supplier to a Participating Authority pursuant to this Framework Agreement.


More Definitions of Participating Authority

Participating Authority means a UK Professional Engineering Institution (PEI) licensed by the Engineering Council to award CEng that has ratified this agreement. A list of current Participating Authorities will be maintained by the Engineering Council and provided to NCEES This list is shown in Appendix 3.
Participating Authority means a Local Authority which is or becomes party to the arrangements established pursuant to this deed or under clause 10 or 13 of this deed and by virtue of a Memorandum of Participation and who are party to the arrangements established pursuant to this deed at the relevant time;
Participating Authority.  means a Home Authority in its capacity as a member of the Company;
Participating Authority means in relation to any Shared Services Function the
Participating Authority means the Kent authorities named within, and signatories to, this Protocol (Appendix 1).
Participating Authority means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 7. means a contracting authority under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, as amended (PCR2015) who can access and use this Contract (including the Contracting Authority) via Contracting Authority and who shall take full responsibility for their own individual contracting processes.
Participating Authority means any public body authorised to use the Agreement who shall have legal responsibility for managing their own Individual Contracts let under the Agreement.
