MEDICAL RELEASE: I hereby declare that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named child I give permission to Novi Xxxxx Montessori Center, Inc. (Oakland Montessori Academy), licensed by the Department of Human Services to secure emergency medical and/or emergency surgical treatment for the above-named child while in care. I hereby release and discharge Novi Xxxxx Montessori, its agents, employees, and officers, from all claims, demands, actions or judgments which the undersigned ever had, now has or may have against the school, its successors or assigned, for all personal injuries or illness, which the child named above may suffer or incur as a result of the actions of Novi Xxxxx Montessori or in procuring medical treatment. Any change in your child’s schedule must be requested in written form and will incur a $35.00 administrative charge. This fee will be waived if the change is an increase in hours and tuition. Related to Past Due Charges and Fees

  • Finance Charges means, with respect to a Contract, any finance, interest, late payment charges or similar charges owing by an Obligor pursuant to such Contract.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Breakage Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(h) hereof.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties.   • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Liquidity Expenses means all Liquidity Obligations other than (i) the principal amount of any Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and (ii) any interest accrued on any Liquidity Obligations.
