Background The contract for the provision of Banking and Bill Payment Services (Contract No. 2012-13-19) with National Australia Bank (NAB) commenced on 1 June 2013 and is due to expire on 30 June 2017.
The Bank shall be entitled to charge a fee for terminating the Payment Services Contract as per the Tariff of Fees in case that the Client has terminated the Payment Services Contract pursuant to this Article and, consequently, the Contract shall be terminated sooner than 6 months from the date of its execution.
