PDE Data definition

PDE Data means Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Event data that are reported to CMS by Part D prescription drug plan sponsors. “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII” refers to information which can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, such as their name, social security number, biometric records, etc., alone, or when combined with other personal or identifying information which is linked or linkable to a specific individual [HHS Policy and Plan for Preparing for and Responding to a Breach of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (June 29, 2017)].
PDE Data means Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Event data that are reported to CMS by Part D prescription drug plan sponsors and maintained by CMS in the Privacy Act System of Records, Medicare Integrated Data Repository (IDR), System No. 09-70-0571, 71 Fed. Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • Date Data means any existing data or input of date which includes an indication of or reference to date.
