Pedestrian Link definition

Pedestrian Link has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(ii)(C).
Pedestrian Link means the segregated pedestrian ways or paths (together with such stairs, ramps, lightings, ventilations, passenger lifts, escalators and footbridge supports as the Director in his absolute discretion may require) linking up each and every building on the Land and linking up all major facilities within the Land including the Tai Wai Station, the Residential Development, the Government Accommodation, the Commercial Development (including the Bicycle Park and the Cycle Track), the Covered Footbridges, the Existing Footbridge, the PSC Lay-Bys, the Public Lay-By and the open space at such locations and levels as may be required or approved by the Director as constructed and provided in accordance with Special Condition Nos.(36)(a) and (b) of the Government Grant;
Pedestrian Link means the construction of a shared pedestrian link and associated landscaping, of 3m total width along the western boundary of the Land, in accordance with the Pedestrian Link Specifications as depicted in the final design drawings at 0 (Pedestrian Link Final Design) being those works approved in the Development Consent.

Pedestrian Link means the pedestrian ways or paths provided or to be provided within or outside the Land pursuant to Special Condition No.(59)(a) of the Government Grant;
