Similarly Situated Executives definition

Similarly Situated Executives means executive officers of Employer in salary grades O, P, Q and R or higher.
Similarly Situated Executives means those executives of the Company that hold employment positions similar in status or level to that of Executive.
Similarly Situated Executives means executive officers of Employer in salary grades 10 or higher.

Examples of Similarly Situated Executives in a sentence

  • The Company (or Diamond, as applicable) shall reimburse Executive for reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in the furtherance of or in connection with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, consistent with how the Company (or Diamond, as applicable) handles expense guidelines and reimbursement for Similarly Situated Executives, which procedure for all such executives is subject to change from time to time.

  • In addition, Executive is entitled to additional benefit programs of the Company or of Diamond for Similarly Situated Executives, if any, to the extent that his/her position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him/her eligible to participate in such plans or programs, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto.

  • The Company agrees to pay any prior year bonus that is authorized by the Compensation Committee by March 15th of the following year, for so long as such timing is applicable to Similarly Situated Executives.

  • Executive will continue to participate in the Incentive Plan, subject to its terms and conditions as they may from time to time be established, amended, interpreted, or terminated in accordance with the Company’s plans or policies governing such benefits to Similarly Situated Executives generally.

  • In addition, the Executive shall also participate in all other forms of incentive compensation granted to and on terms similar to those granted to the Similarly Situated Executives, and in amounts or at levels generally consistent with the allocations of awards among the Similarly Situated Executives for 2002.

  • Similarly situated entity means a first-tier subcontractor, including an independent contractor, that has the same small business program status as that which qualified the prime contractor for the award and that is considered small for the NAICS code the prime contractor assigned to the subcontract the subcontractor will perform. An example of a similarly situated entity is a first-tier subcontractor that is a HUBZone small business concern for a HUBZone set-aside or sole source award under the HUBZone Program.
