Permanent Signage definition

Permanent Signage means any sign, exhibit, display or other visual image that is for the purpose of providing advertising or marketing, directions, security, crowd control, safety or other similar information or is otherwise not included within the definition of Temporary Signage, and is regulated as permanent signage in accordance with the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code.

Premises has the meaning set forth in Recital A. Public Interest Event means a cultural, educational, religious, political, social, demonstration or similar Event for which tickets are not sold (except to cover the cost of the Event or for the benefit of the particular charitable purpose for which the Event is held) and the Coliseum is not otherwise made available for commercial exploitation from the sale of merchandise and novelties, the earning of broadcast revenues, the placement of advertising, the marketing of sponsorships, or the receipt of other streams of revenue customarily earned at commercial Events at the Coliseum (except to cover the cost of the Event or for the benefit of the particular charitable purpose for which the Event is held).

Examples of Permanent Signage in a sentence

  • IHC shall have the exclusive right year-round to sell and retain all revenues with respect to Signage, provided that (a) THBC’s licensees/tenants may sell Temporary Signage at Other Events and Electronic Signage during Other Events and retain all revenues with respect thereto, and (b) THBC may sell all forms of Signage, other than the Permanent Signage, outside the Event Center and on the Real Estate and retain all revenues with respect thereto.

  • All agreements between IHC and third parties relating to Permanent Signage shall be subject to THBC’s commercially reasonable approval.

  • THBC shall be responsible for such Permanent Signage covering and shall promptly remove such covering at the conclusion of such Other Event.

  • Notwithstanding Section 36.04 (Approvals), IHC shall notify THBC in advance in writing of any prospective sponsor, related artwork and schematic drawings with respect to a Sponsorship and any related Permanent Signage.

  • Covering of Permanent Signage may occur for Other Events where (a) the rules or regulations of the sponsoring organization or licensees/tenants require such coverage on a uniform basis for similar activities held around the country, or (b) the sponsoring organization has imposed as a condition on THBC that such interior Permanent Signage be covered.

  • THBC shall promptly notify IHC of any agreement that requires covering Permanent Signage.


More Definitions of Permanent Signage

Permanent Signage has the meaning provided in Section 37.01(a) hereof.
Permanent Signage means signage affixed to a building or property and intended for the life of the project.
Permanent Signage means any signage that is constructed of durable materials, is affixed to any part of the Premises, and is expected to remain in place continuously for an indefinite period of time. Related to Permanent Signage

  • Monument sign means a low-profile sign which is incorporated into the landscape or architectural design scheme where the sign is located.

  • Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Permanent structure means a permanent building or permanent structure that is anchored to a permanent foundation with an impermeable floor, and that is completely roofed and walled (new structures require a door or other means of sealing the access way from wind driven rainfall).

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Substantial improvement means any combination of repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation, addition, or other improvement of a structure, taking place during any one-year period for which the cost equals or exceeds 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the “start of construction” of the improvement. This term includes structures which have incurred “substantial damage”, regardless of the actual repair work performed. The term does not, however, include either:

  • Off-premises sign means a sign directing attention to a use, product, commodity or service not related to the premises upon which the sign is located.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
