Permanent Student Record definition

Permanent Student Record means those records required to be maintained by the District in accordance with Colorado law, which shall include, but may not be limited to: attendance records; test, evaluation and statewide assessment records; immunization records as required be sections 25-4-902-903 C.R.S.; records concerning the education of students with disabilities required to be collected and maintained by state or federal law; such other records as directed by the District to be included as part of the Permanent Student Record.
