Permit Areas definition

Permit Areas means the areas specified in Exploration Permits WA-28-P and WA-33-P issued pursuant to the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Xxx 0000 of the Commonwealth; Pilbara means the areas constituting the xxxxxx of East Pilbara, Ashburton, Roebourne and Port Hedland;
Permit Areas means those areas designated by the County on the map entitled "County of San Diego Solid Waste Subregional Collection Areas". The map is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and in the office of the Authorized Enforcement Official. Related to Permit Areas

  • Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;
