Permitted Completion Costs definition

Permitted Completion Costs means unpaid Project Costs (including Project Costs not included in the Construction Budget and Schedule delivered on the Upsize Closing Date) that the Borrower reasonably anticipates will be required for the Project Facilities to pay all remaining costs associated with outstanding Punch List Items (as defined in the Material Construction Contracts) work, retainage, fuel incentive payments, disputed amounts, start-up costs, bonuses and other costs required under the Material Construction Contracts.
Permitted Completion Costs means unpaid P1 Project Costs (including P1 Project Costs not included in the Construction Budget and Schedule delivered on the Closing Date) reasonably anticipated to be required for the Project to pay all remaining costs associated with outstanding Punchlist (as such term is defined in the P1 EPC Contracts) work, retainage, fuel incentive payments, disputed amounts, and other costs required under the P1 EPC Contracts.
Permitted Completion Costs means unpaid Project Costs (including Project Costs not included in the Construction Budget delivered on the Closing Date or the revised Construction Budget delivered pursuant to Section 2.7(a)(xi) (Train 6 Debt) or otherwise delivered on the Train 6 FIDon the Fifth Omnibus Amendment Effective Date, if applicable) reasonably anticipated to be required for the Project to pay all remaining costs associated with outstanding Punchlist (as defined in each of the EPC Contracts) work, retainage, fuel incentive payments, disputed amounts (to the extent such disputed amounts have not been escrowed pursuant to Section 18.4 of the applicable EPC Contract), and other costs required under each of the applicable EPC Contracts.

More Definitions of Permitted Completion Costs

Permitted Completion Costs means (a) unpaid Project Costs, including outstanding Punch List Items, retainage or other costs required for Final Completion under the Construction Contracts and (b) the Actual Interconnection Costs (if any), all as (i) reasonably estimated by the Administrative Agent (in consultation with the Borrower and the Independent Engineer) during the Construction Loan Availability Period and (ii) certified by Borrower and the Independent Engineer on the Term-Conversion Date and reasonably approved by Administrative Agent.
Permitted Completion Costs means unpaid Project Costs (including Project Costs not included in the Construction Budget delivered on the Closing Date or the revised Construction Budget delivered pursuant to Section 2.7(a)(xi) (Train 6 Debt), if applicable) reasonably anticipated to be required for the Project to pay all remaining costs associated with outstanding Punchlist (as defined in each of the EPC Contracts) work, retainage, fuel incentive payments, disputed amounts (to the extent such disputed amounts have not been escrowed pursuant to Section 18.4 of the applicable EPC Contract), and other costs required under each of the applicable EPC Contracts.
Permitted Completion Costs means unpaid Project Costs (including Project Costs not included in the Construction Budget delivered on the Financial Close) reasonably anticipated to be required for the Project to pay all remaining costs associated with outstanding Punchlist work, retainage, fuel incentive payments and other costs required under the Construction Contracts.

Related to Permitted Completion Costs

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.
