Permitted Expenditure definition

Permitted Expenditure has the meaning given in Clause [7.3].

  • The Partners may only depart from the definition of Permitted Expenditure to include or exclude other revenue expenditure with the express written agreement of each Partner.

  • Subject to Clause 9.2, the HRWIPCB shall manage expenditure from the Pooled Fund within the Financial Contributions and shall ensure that the expenditure is limited to Permitted Expenditure.

More Definitions of Permitted Expenditure

Permitted Expenditure means those expenditures listed in Section 15 made by a Candidate or an Agent during the Contribution Period in furtherance of the Candidate’s campaign;
Permitted Expenditure means any expenditure by VE that is permitted under Section 5.1 , but excluding those expenditures otherwise prohibited under Section 5.2 .
Permitted Expenditure means any expenditure by VE that is permitted under Section 5.1, but excluding those expenditures otherwise prohibited under Section 5.2.
Permitted Expenditure means expenditure on health and social care commissioning for the population of Salford. This must be in line with the approved Locality Plan.

Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement including the Council where the Council is a provider of any Services.
Permitted Expenditure means any expenditure for the cost of services, selling, operations and administrative expenses, capital expenditures, payment of contingencies and other purposes which could reasonably be expected to be incurred by Parent and the Parent Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries) after the Closing in connection with their ongoing business activities in the ordinary course of business (it being understood that Permitted Expenditures shall not include (i) any capital expenditures incurred in connection with any business combination transaction or (ii) any capital expenditures in excess of $65,000,000 in any twelve month period which begins after the Closing).
