Permitted Lines of Business definition

Permitted Lines of Business shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 9.9.
Permitted Lines of Business means the television and radio broadcast business, television and radio program production, rental of television, radio and related facilities and properties, outdoor advertising, the leasing or licensing of property or tower space, and general business services related to any of the foregoing and any business incident thereto.
Permitted Lines of Business means (a) the business of the Borrower as conducted on the Effective Date, (b) any wholesale, retail or other distribution of products (including catalogue and internet) or services under any Trademark or any derivative thereof, (c) any similar business and any business which provides a service and/or supplies products in connection with any business described in clause (a) or (b) above or (d) any reasonable modification or extension thereof.

  • The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any business, either directly or through any Subsidiary, except for Permitted Lines of Business.

Permitted Lines of Business means, collectively, (a) food services, (b) food-related manufacturing, production and processing, (c) consumer products, (d) private label products, (e) animal feed production and processing, (f) any other business conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the Restatement Date, and (g) any business reasonably related or incidental to any of the foregoing.
Permitted Lines of Business means the line or lines of business conducted by the Initial Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the Closing Date (including, among other things, the lines of business contemplated for a Bank Subsidiary, investment management business, financial services business, the loan servicing business, commercial lending business, real estate investment business and mortgage lending business).
Permitted Lines of Business means (a) meat (including chicken, turkey, beef, lamb and pork), poultry and seafood production, processing and marketing, (b) ocean, ground and rail transportation and related support, (c) animal feed production and processing, (d) flour and feed milling, (e) power production, (f) commodity merchandising, (g) baking, (h) fruit and vegetable production and processing, (i) sugar production and processing, (j) the production, transportation and marketing of alternative energy products (including bio-diesel and ethanol) and (k) the holding of cash and other marketable investments held to generate profits or for future use by the Consolidated Group in connection with any of the aforementioned Permitted Lines of Business.
Permitted Lines of Business means the Pet Business and Cereals Business.
