Perpetual Licence definition

Perpetual Licence means a perpetual license to the Software that is identified in the pertaining applicable Order and is subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 1.2.1.2 (Perpetual Licences) and 1.4 (Use Restrictions).
Perpetual Licence means a perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive licence granted by PTLGateway to the Customer where PTLGateway retains all Intellectual Property Rights in the relevant materials. The terms of the Perpetual Licence shall entitle the Customer to use, copy, adapt, develop and modify the same for the purpose of the Customer’s personal use of the Hosted Applications (regardless of whether such use is through the Hosted Applications provided by PTLGateway, through another Managed Service Provider or in house) and such licence shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
