Support Fee definition

Support Fee means the portion of the Charges relating to the provision of the Support, excluding any Charges relating to Installation, training or Data Conversion;

Support Fee means the support and maintenance fee set forth in an applicable Order Form.

Support Fee means the fee for Support Services specified in the Fee Schedule.

Examples of Support Fee in a sentence

• During each Support Period for which the State has paid the applicable Support Fee, the Contractor will provide the State with telephonic assistance and advice for using the Software.

• The percentage used to calculate the Support Fee will be provided in the applicable Schedule governing the Software license.
