Rental License definition

Rental License means a license whose term is limited to an agreed to period of time.
Rental License means a license for a limited term of less than one year as identified in the Order Form. Maintenance Services for a Rental License are included in the Rental License fee.
Rental License means a license issued by the Director of Permits pursuant to this Chapter attesting that the Rental Unit has been inspected in accordance with the provisions of the Chapter, stating all violations, if any, found at the final inspection, and the term of the license based on such violations.

More Definitions of Rental License

Rental License means a license whose term is limited to a period of time mutually agreed by SISW and Customer in an LSDA, which will generally be less than one (1) year. A Rental License is renewable by mutual agreement of the parties for an additional limited term or terms following expiration of the initial rental term. A Rental License may, depending on the terms of the LSDA, be converted into a Perpetual License upon payment of a buy-out fee by Customer in accordance with the LSDA.
