Personal Reputation Costs means reasonable fees, costs, charges and expenses charged by any public relations firm or crisis management firm incurred by the Insured Persons in connection with any Claim or Investigation to mitigate the adverse effects to such Insured Person’s reputation as a result of a negative public statement made about him or her by a Regulatory Authority.

Personal Reputation Costs means reasonable fees, costs and expenses charged by a Crisis Firm and incurred by an Executive to mitigate the adverse effects specifically to his or her reputation from a Personal Reputation Crisis.

Personal Reputation Costs means reasonable and necessary fees, costs and expenses in- curred by an Insured Person to retain a firm solely to mitigate the negative impact upon such Insured Person’s reputation as a result of a negative statement made by any individual authorized to speak on behalf of an Enforcement Entity. Such negative statement must have been included in a press release or published by any print or electronic media outlet during the Policy Period. The Insured Person shall retain a firm of his or her choosing but shall as a condition precedent to coverage for such costs obtain the prior approval of the Company within thirty (30) days of such negative statement. In no event shall the Company pay the fees of a firm if such firm is also re- tained by or on behalf of an Entity.

Related to Personal Reputation Costs

  • Personal representative means the person or persons who, upon the disability or incompetence of a Participant, shall have acquired on behalf of the Participant, by legal proceeding or otherwise, the power to exercise the rights or receive benefits under this Plan and who shall have become the legal representative of the Participant.

  • Personal Property Taxes All personal property taxes imposed on the furniture, furnishings or other items of personal property located on, and used in connection with, the operation of the Leased Improvements as a hotel (other than Inventory and other personal property owned by Lessee), together with all replacement, modifications, alterations and additions thereto.
