Personnel Markup definition
Personnel Markup means, for Contractor Personnel, the price charged to the City, to be expressed as a percentage, above the Total Compensation (as defined below) actually paid to Contractor Personnel for Services performed hereunder, and refers to the price difference between the Hourly Bill Rate the City pays and the Hourly Wage Rate that Contractor Personnel receive.
