Hourly Xxxx Rate definition

Hourly Xxxx Rate means the Hourly Xxxx Rate the Contractor is permitted to charge an Authorized User for one Candidate for one hour. This is inclusive of all costs incurred by Contractor to provide a Security Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director under and Authorized User Agreement.
Hourly Xxxx Rate means the hourly rate that the Contractor will receive for services provided to the Authorized User by the Selected Candidate.
Hourly Xxxx Rate or “Hourly Rate” means the price per hour per individual that Contractor receives for payment for labor that meets the labor category (labor categories are listed in Attachment PRC) qualifications of a labor category, as prescribed in Attachment PRC.

  • The Contractor with the lower weighted average Hourly Xxxx Rate will retain its position on the Active list.

  • In the event that two Active Contractors submit the same Candidate for the same request, only the Contractor with the lower Hourly Xxxx Rate shall be considered.

  • OGS would adjust their Straight Time Hourly Xxxx Rate to Authorized Users by 3.7%.

  • Since there is no Prevailing Rage Rate schedule for Level 2 Security Guards, OGS shall increase the Level 2 Straight Time Hourly Xxxx Rate and the Overtime Hourly Xxxx Rate by the same percent adjustment that was done for Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Related to Hourly Xxxx Rate

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Compounded Daily XXXXX means the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average as the Reference Rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the applicable Final Terms Document) on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 being rounded upwards: where:

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.

The Calculation Agent will request the principal London office of each of such banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of such quotations. If fewer than two quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of the rates quoted by three major banks in New York City selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period for loans in United States dollars to leading European banks for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million. However, if fewer than three banks selected by the Calculation Agent to provide quotations are quoting as described above, Three-month LIBOR for that Dividend Period will be the same Three-month LIBOR as determined for the previous Dividend Period or, in the case of the Dividend Period beginning on April 30, 2018, 2.920%. The determination of Three-month LIBOR for each relevant Dividend Period by the Calculation Agent will (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding.

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;
