Personnel Rules definition

Personnel Rules means the personnel rules adopted by order of the Board of Directors relating to hiring, discipline, attendance, compensation, leave, retirement, or any other factor of employment.
Personnel Rules means ordinances, policies, or procedures enacted or adopted by the Employer. Any definition not set forth herein which is set forth in the Personnel Rules shall be incorporated into and shall apply to the Agreement.
