Phase 1 Completion Date definition

Phase 1 Completion Date means (subject to Clause 29 (Delay Events)) the date described as such in Schedule Part [ l ] or such other date as the parties may agree;]
Phase 1 Completion Date means December 31, 2014 as set forth in Section 5.04 and Exhibit G hereof.
Phase 1 Completion Date means the date of database lock for (a) the Phase 1 Clinical Trial for the Initial Product set forth in the initial Clinical Development Plan, or (ii) the first Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a 2nd Generation Product.

  • Phase 1 shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed from the Owner/DES and shall end on the Phase 1 Completion Date as set forth below.

More Definitions of Phase 1 Completion Date

Phase 1 Completion Date means the date of database lock for the Phase 1 Clinical Trial of the Initial Product set forth in the initial Clinical Development Plan.
Phase 1 Completion Date means the date which is the date that is 24 months from the date of the Conditions Precedent having been either waived or satisfied, provided that such date shall be extended by a period equal to any period of time lost as a result of Force Majeure or as otherwise provided for in this Agreement and may be extended by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.
