Phase 1 Completion Date definition

Phase 1 Completion Date means (subject to Clause 29 (Delay Events)) the date described as such in Schedule Part [ l ] or such other date as the parties may agree;]

Phase 1 Completion Date means December 31, 2014 as set forth in Section 5.04 and Exhibit G hereof.

Phase 1 Completion Date means the date of database lock for (a) the Phase 1 Clinical Trial for the Initial Product set forth in the initial Clinical Development Plan, or (ii) the first Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a 2nd Generation Product.

Examples of Phase 1 Completion Date in a sentence

• Phase 1 shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed from the Owner/DES and shall end on the Phase 1 Completion Date as set forth below.

• Upon achievement of the Phase 1 Completion Date an interim payment is contemplated to be made by the Hospital in respect of the Guaranteed Price in an amount equal to the Interim Reimbursement Payment Amount (as defined in the Guaranteed Price Contract), subject to holdbacks and adjustments as provided in the Project Agreements.

• Phase 1 Completion: < Phase 1 Completion Date> All work shall be completed for the <Phase 1 of Project>.

• Base Progress Payments means all progress payments to be made under GC 5.4 – PROGRESS PAYMENTS and GC 5.7 – PAYMENT OF HOLDBACK UPON SUBSTANTIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK for the period from the commencement of the Work to, in the case of the Phase 1 Work, the Phase 1 Completion Date and with respect to the balance of the Work, the Substantial Performance Date in respect to the Guaranteed Price but not including any progress payment in respect to the Additional Owner Payments.

More Definitions of Phase 1 Completion Date

Phase 1 Completion Date means the date of database lock for the Phase 1 Clinical Trial of the Initial Product set forth in the initial Clinical Development Plan.

Phase 1 Completion Date means the date which is the date that is 24 months from the date of the Conditions Precedent having been either waived or satisfied, provided that such date shall be extended by a period equal to any period of time lost as a result of Force Majeure or as otherwise provided for in this Agreement and may be extended by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Phase 1 Completion Date means the date upon which the Public Improvements for Phase 1 reaches Completion of Construction, such date to be no longer than eighteen (18) months after Commencement of Construction for the Public Improvements in Phase 1 subject to Force Majeure events.
