Phase 1 shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed from the Owner/DES and shall end on the Phase 1 Completion Date as set forth below.
Project Co shall plan for start up and verification of all systems to be completed no later than 7 days prior to the anticipated Phase 1 Completion Date.
