The Buildings: The Building and the Additional Building The Complex: The Building and the Additional Building together with all common areas, parking areas, decks and structures and the Site. Tenant’s Premises: A portion of the third floor of the Building in accordance with the floor plan annexed hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference. Number of Parking Spaces: Thirty-Eight (38) parking spaces.

Examples of Phase I Rent Commencement Date in a sentence

  • Based on the estimated construction schedules attached hereto as Exhibit D, the parties presently estimate that the Phase I Rent Commencement Date shall occur on May 1, 2003.

More Definitions of Phase I Rent Commencement Date

Phase I Rent Commencement Date. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1.1 hereof, the later to occur of (i) that date which is two (2) months after the Commencement Date or (ii) March 1, 2000. "Phase II Rent Commencement Date": Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1.1 hereof, the earlier to occur of that date (i) which is eight (8) months after the Commencement Date or (ii) on which Tenant commences business operations in Phase II of the Premises.

Phase I Rent Commencement Date which shall be the earlier to occur of: (i) thirty (30) days following the date upon which the Landlord’s Work to the Phase I Premises is Substantially Complete or (ii) the date upon which the Tenant actually moves into occupancy of the Phase I Premises and conducts business therein.

Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.
