Planned Service Outage definition

Planned Service Outage means any Service Outage caused by scheduled Maintenance or planned enhancements or upgrades to the Communications Network. For the Digital I-Net, such scheduled Maintenance, planned enhancements or upgrades are described in Exhibit 3.
