Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;
Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;
Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;
Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.
Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.
Outage means the state of a component when it is not available to perform its intended function due to some event directly associated with that component. An outage may or may not cause an interruption of service to customers, depending on system configuration.
Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.
Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;
Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.
System Downtime means any interruption of access to the Hosting Web Site as measured by the System Availability Monitoring Mechanism. System Downtime specifically excludes: (a) any Scheduled Downtime; (b) inability to access the System resulting from failure in the internet backbone or networks not directly managed by NCR Voyix or its subcontractors or agents; (c) erroneous System monitoring, in which NCR Voyix establishes that the incorrect reporting of the inability to access the System was due to failure in the monitoring mechanism rather than a failure in the System; (d) an Extreme Service Interruption Event; or (e) any System Downtime caused by Customer.
Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period that the LSP is unavailable due to:
Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.
Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
scheduled service means a series of ship crossings operated so as to serve traffic between the same two or more ports, either according to a published timetable or with crossings so regular or frequent that they constitute a recognisable systematic series;
Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
Normal weekly hours of work means the established standard work times and number of hours in the workweek for the position or, if standard work times and number of hours have not been established for the position, the work times and average number of hours per week actually worked by the employee in that position over the most recent 3 months before the employer files the application for designation as a participating employer.
Service Window means the time periods during the Service Period during which the Provider agrees to make Available, and provide in accordance with this Agreement, the Flexibility Services to the Company, as defined in Schedule 1;
Network Termination Point means the physical point at which a Subscriber is provided with access to a Public Electronic Communications Network and, where it concerns Electronic Communications Networks involving switching or routing, that physical point is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to the Telephone Number or name of a Subscriber. A Network Termination Point provided at a fixed position on Served Premises shall be within an item of Network Termination and Testing Apparatus;
Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

Wells in this class are drilled for the following specific purposes: gas injection (natural gas, propane, butane or flue gas), water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation or injection for combustion.
