Portable building definition

Portable building means any prebuilt, factory constructed and assembled school building or facility which is transported in an assembled condition to the location on which the building or facility is to be situated and which is acquired and used by the district for temporary purposes only;

Portable building. The term "portable building" shall mean any small, compact structure, similar to a trailer, intended for or capable of human habitation, mounted on skids or otherwise so constructed that it is capable of being readily moved from one location to another without change in structure or design except for foundation or method of support.
Portable building means any building or vehicle designed with running gear permanently attached for transportation on the public streets and highways under its own power or towed behind another vehicle, arriving at the site, substantially ready for use, whether for residential, office, commercial or manufacturing use.
