Post-2004 Benefit definition

Post-2004 Benefit means the portion of a Participant’s Supplemental Retirement Benefit and Supplemental Accounts, as applicable, equal to the present value, determined as of a Participant’s date of separation from service after December 31, 2004, of the excess of (a) such Benefit or Account balances to which the Participant would be entitled under the Plan if he separated from service after December 31, 2004, over (b) his Pre-2005 Benefit, and received a full payment of benefits from the Plan on the earliest possible date allowed under the Plan following separation from service pursuant to Articles III and IV, calculated from and after January 1, 2005 to the date of separation from service.
Post-2004 Benefit means the portion of a Participant’s Supplemental Retirement Benefit and/or Supplemental Account, as applicable, equal to the present value, determined as of a Participant’s date of termination of employment after December 31, 2004, of the excess of (a) such Supplemental Retirement Benefit and/or Supplemental Account balances to which the Participant would be entitled under the Plan if his employment terminated without Cause after December 31, 2004 and he received a full payment of benefits from the Plan on the earliest possible date allowed under the Plan following termination of employment, over (b) his Pre-2005 Benefit.
Post-2004 Benefit means the Benefit reduced by the Pre-2005 Benefit.

More Definitions of Post-2004 Benefit

Post-2004 Benefit means (i) a Participant’s benefit determined under clause (i) of Section 3, 4 or 5 of the Plan or clauses (i)(A) and (ii)(A) of Section 6 of the Plan (as the case may be), minus (ii) the Participant’s benefit determined under clause (ii) of Section 3, 4 or 5 of the Plan or clauses (i)(B) and (ii)(B) of Section 6 of the Plan (as the case may be), minus (iii) the Participant’s Pre-2005 Benefit.
Post-2004 Benefit means the portion of a Participant’s Supplemental Accounts that is not a Pre-
Post-2004 Benefit means any part of a Participant’s Normal Retirement Benefit, Early Retirement Benefit, or Deferred Vested Retirement Benefit, as applicable, under the Plan which is not part of the Participant’s Pre-2005 Benefit.
Post-2004 Benefit means the accrued benefit of any Participant under the Plan that was earned or vested after December 31, 2004 and any earnings thereon as determined in accordance with Code Section 409A and the regulations thereunder.
Post-2004 Benefit means a Participant’s Equalization Benefit reduced by the Participant’s Pre-2005 Benefit, if any, expressed as a Single Life Annuity.
Post-2004 Benefit means that portion of a Member’s Accrued Benefit that is not a Pre-2005 Benefit.
Post-2004 Benefit means the sum of (a) the portion of the Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit that is not a Pre-2005 Benefit, and (b) the amount of the Executive’s “Additional Benefit” specified in the Executive’s Joinder Agreement.
