Power Marketing Agreement definition

Power Marketing Agreement means the Power Marketing Agreement, dated as of October 20, 1999, by and between CES (as successor by merger to Calpine Power Services Company) and CCFC.
Power Marketing Agreement means, collectively, for each Project, the power marketing agreement approved by the Lead Arrangers in respect of the Initial Projects or the Technical Committee in respect of the Lost Pines Project or in accordance with Section 3.3 of the Credit Agreement, as the case may be, and entered into by the Project Owner with respect to such Project.
Power Marketing Agreement means each Transition Agreement and each other contract or agreement, other than Power Sales Agreements, entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries for the sale of electrical generating capacity, electrical energy or both.
