Examples of Preexisting Plans in a sentence
For purposes of clarity, the number of shares that relate to an Award under the Preexisting Plans is the maximum number of shares that can be delivered with respect to such Award.
Upon approval of the Plan by stockholders of the Company as contemplated under Section 14, no further awards shall be granted under the Preexisting Plans; PROVIDED, however, that any shares that have been forfeited, cancelled or otherwise not delivered in accordance with the terms of the applicable award under a Preexisting Plan may be subsequently again awarded in accordance with the terms of the Plan.

For purposes of this Section 5.1(a), an Option or SAR is “outstanding” until it is exercised and any other Award is “outstanding” in the calendar year in which it is granted and for so long thereafter as it remains subject to any vesting condition requiring continued employment, and options and other awards under each of the Preexisting Plans are treated as “outstanding” in accordance with the terms of each such Preexisting Plan.
Upon such approval of the Plan by the shareholders of the Company, no further awards shall be granted under the Preexisting Plans, but any outstanding awards under the Preexisting Plans shall continue in accordance with their terms.
