Preliminary Survey Licence means a licence issued under the Petroleum Act

Preliminary Survey Licence means a licence issued under the Petrolem Act authorising the licensee to carry out a survey, environmental evaluation, or other form of assessment prepatory to the carrying out of Regulated Activities in the Licence Area.
