Preliminary Term definition

Preliminary Term shall begin as of the date of this Lease and, unless sooner terminated as herein provided, continue thereafter through the day immediately prior to the Rent Commencement Date.

Preliminary Term of this Lease shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date and expire on midnight of the day before the Rent Commencement Date (as herein defined). The "Initial Term" of this Lease shall be for a period of thirty-five (35) years commencing upon the Rent Commencement Date and expiring, unless extended pursuant to the terms of this Lease, on midnight of the last day of the thirty-fifth (35th) lease year. As used herein, the term "lease year" means a twelve (12)-month period commencing on the Rent Commencement Date or any anniversary thereof.
