Prepaid Services definition

Prepaid Services. Means the telecommunication services provided by e-Lux Mobile as more specifically described in article 3. The Services may not be available in all locations. Article2. Purpose-Scope These Special Conditions are intended to define the conditions of access and use of Prepaid Services. They must be applied by the Authorised Resellers.
Prepaid Services. Means prepaid mobile phone services availed by AIRTEL subject to these Terms and Conditions (as modified from time to time) which Services enable the CLIENT to make or receive calls and/or send and receive data, access information, send and receive money, make payments and access other facilities on Airtel Money supplied by AIRTEL or any other content providers by means of the network and the term “Service” includes all such value added services, package deals and other optional services as may be availed by AIRTEL.

More Definitions of Prepaid Services

Prepaid Services means those services to be performed on a regular basis in a given period under any Services Contract for which the Sellers have collected payments in advance of performing such services prior to the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, such services shall not include the satisfaction of any Warranty Obligations.
Prepaid Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(m).
Prepaid Services or "Services" shall mean the Prepaid Card PIN programs offered by PLT, under its brand name, such PrePaid Services are further defined and limited by the PrePaid Package and descriptions set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Extended services means ongoing support services provided to individuals with the most significant disabilities, including youth with the most significant disabilities, after the time-limited vocational rehabilitation services have been completed and job stabilization has been achieved. They consist of specific services, including natural supports, needed to maintain the supported employment placement. Extended services are paid from funding sources other than DRS and are specifically identified in the IPE, except that DRS may provide and pay for extended services for youth with the most significant disabilities for a period not to exceed 4 years or extend beyond the date when the youth reaches age 25.
