Prepetition Debt and Security Documents means, collectively, the 2010 Credit Facility Documents, the 2019 RCF Documents, the 2010 Bond Documents, the 2012 Bond Documents, the Prepetition Security Documents (2019), and the Prepetition Security Agreement (2020).
