RCF Documents definition

RCF Documents means any documents related to the RCF Claims, including any agreements, commitment letters, documents, guaranties, instruments, collateral, and security documentation, and other ancillary documentation related thereto.

Examples of RCF Documents in a sentence

  • BKRF shall at all times maintain the Designated Account (as defined in the RCF Agreement) and any other account permitted herein in accordance with this Agreement and the other RCF Documents.

  • No right or benefit of any party hereunder shall at any time in any way be prejudiced or impaired by any act or failure to act on the part of such party or any other party hereto or by any noncompliance by any Loan Party with the terms and conditions of any of the RCF Documents or the Term Loan Documents.

  • The RCF Documents are deemed to have been executed and delivered, and all extensions of credit thereunder are deemed to have been made or incurred, in reliance upon this Agreement.

Related to RCF Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals.   • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
