RCF Documents definition

RCF Documents means any documents related to the RCF Claims, including any agreements, commitment letters, documents, guaranties, instruments, collateral, and security documentation, and other ancillary documentation related thereto.
RCF Documents means the RCF Credit Agreement and all related agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or executed in connection with the RCF Facility.
RCF Documents means the facilities agreement(s) for the Revolving Credit and Guarantee Facilities, and any guarantee, letter of credit or other ancillary document entered into pursuant to such facilities agreement(s).

Examples of RCF Documents in a sentence

  • BKRF shall at all times maintain the Designated Account (as defined in the RCF Agreement) and any other account permitted herein in accordance with this Agreement and the other RCF Documents.

  • No right or benefit of any party hereunder shall at any time in any way be prejudiced or impaired by any act or failure to act on the part of such party or any other party hereto or by any noncompliance by any Loan Party with the terms and conditions of any of the RCF Documents or the Term Loan Documents.

  • As an agreement among the RCF Secured Parties and the Term Loan Secured Parties only, and without prejudice to any rights of such Secured Parties under the RCF Documents or the Term Loan Documents, as applicable, the indebtedness outstanding under the RCF Documents or under the Term Loan |US-DOCS\149079678.29|| Documents may be refinanced in their entirety if such Refinancing is a Permitted Refinancing.

  • The RCF Documents are deemed to have been executed and delivered, and all extensions of credit thereunder are deemed to have been made or incurred, in reliance upon this Agreement.


More Definitions of RCF Documents

RCF Documents has the meaning given to that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
RCF Documents means the Revolving Facility Agreement (as defined in the Investment Agreement), as amended from time to time including pursuant to the amendment and restatement agreement (the “RCF ARA”) to be entered into on or about the date of the LionRock Completion Date, and each “Finance Document” as defined therein (including the RCF ARA).
RCF Documents means the RCF Agreement and the Other Documents (as defined in the RCF Agreement).

Related to RCF Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Control Documents means the following Contracts to be entered into prior to or on the Closing: (i) the Exclusive Business Cooperation Agreement (独家业务合作协议) entered into by and between Ecommerce Company and the Domestic Company, (ii) the Exclusive Option Agreement (独家购买权协议) entered into by and among Ecommerce Company, the Domestic Company and all of the shareholders of the Domestic Company, (iii) the Proxy Agreement (委托协议) and Power of Attorney (授权委托书) entered into by and the among Ecommerce Company, the Domestic Company and the shareholders of the Domestic Company, (iv) the Equity Pledge Agreement (股权质押协议) entered into by and among Ecommerce Company, the Domestic Company and the shareholders of the Domestic Company and (v) the Spousal Consent (配偶同意函) to be signed by the spouse of each shareholder of the Domestic Company, each as amended from time to time.

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.

  • Required Loan Documents means, for each Loan:

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
