Primary Management Official definition

Primary Management Official means any person who:
Primary Management Official means the person who has management responsibility for a Management Contract; any person who has authority to hire and fire employees or to set up working policy for the Gaming Operation; or the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) or other person who has financial management responsibility. At the discretion of the Tribal Gaming Agency, other positions or persons may be included under, and subject to, the requirements for primary management officials;
Primary Management Official means any person as defined in 25 C.F.R.

  • The Commission or the Oregon State Police may conduct additional background investigations of any High or Low Security employee or Primary Management Official at any time during the term of employment.

  • High or Low Security or Primary Management Official applicants for renewal shall provide the Commission with updated information on a form provided or approved by the Oregon State Police but will not be required to resubmit historical data already provided.

  • A licensed High or Low Security employee or Primary Management Official who has applied for renewal may continue to be employed under the expired license until final action has been taken on the renewal application in accordance with the provisions of §7.A.2 to §7.A.5 of the Compact.

Primary Management Official means: (1) the individual having management responsibility for a Management Contract; (2) any individual who has authority to hire and fire employees or to set up working policy for a Gaming Operation; and (3) the chief financial officer or other individual who has financial management responsibility for a Gaming Operation.
Primary Management Official means any person whether employed by the Tribes or the Tribal Gaming Operation, who:
Primary Management Official means (a) any Person having management responsibility for a Management Contract; (b) any Person who has authority to (1) hire and fire employees of the Gaming Operation; or (2) to establish policy for the Gaming Operation; (c) the chief financial officer or a position with duties similar to a chief financial officer; (d) The general manager or a position with duties similar to a general manager; or (e) any other employed management official of the Gaming Enterprise as documented by the Tribe as a Primary Management Official.
