Principal Data definition

Principal Data means all data and information relating to the Principal or its operations, facilities, clients, customers, Personnel, assets, projects and programs (including Personal Information) in whatever form that information may exist, and whether entered into, stored in, generated by or processed through software or equipment, or produced as part of the performance of the Services.
Principal Data means all data (including metadata) and information relating to the Principal and the operations, facilities, clients, personnel, assets and programs of the Principal, including Personal Information, in whatever form that information may exist and whether created, captured, collected, entered into, stored in, generated by, controlled, managed, retrieved, transferred, transmitted, printed, processed or produced as part of carrying out the activities of the Contractor in performance of the Services; Project means any project which the Goods or Services form part; Purchase Order means any purchase order (whether in electronic or written form) issued by or on behalf of the Principal to the Contractor for the supply of Goods and/or Services by the Contractor and each schedule and document accompanying the Purchase Order and includes the Quote; Quote means the Supplier’s quotation for the supply of Goods and/or Services under this Agreement;
Principal Data means the data provided to the SaaS Services by the Counterparty and/or its Authorized Users.

  • If Data Provider acts on behalf of (e.g. as an agent, distributor, content provider) a Principal Data Provider (e.g. a manufacturer) to create, maintain, manage and/or deliver its Principal Data Provider’s Data, Data Provider must be able to demonstrate its authority to provide Principal Data Provider’s Data for the purpose and grant the license set out in this agreement at all times and on GS1 South Africa’s first request.

  • Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data which the Contractor comes into possession as part of its Agreement with the District shall be used for the following exclusive purpose(s): Pursuant to and as fully described in the Service Agreement, Provider has agreed to provide the digital educational services set forth below and any other products and services that Provider may provide now or in the future (the “Services”).

  • Vendor shall not subcontract or assign its obligation to store or maintain Student Data, or Teacher and Principal Data provided to it pursuant to this Agreement to a third-party cloud provider unless granted specific prior written permission from Customer.

  • The County shall provide the contracted services in a manner which protects Student Data (as defined by 8 NYCRR 121.1(q)) and Teacher or Principal Data (as defined by 8 NYCRR 121.1(r)) (hereinafter “Confidential Data”) in accordance with the requirements articulated under Federal, New York State and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Education Law Section 2-d and the associated regulations (8 NYCRR Part 121).

More Definitions of Principal Data

Principal Data means information and materials of the Principal in respect of which the Contractor has custody or control for the purpose of providing the Goods and/or Services or which are accessed, transmitted or stored using the Contractor’s information systems or equipment under the Contract. ‘Principal Data’ includes digital material stored, manipulated or created by, for, or related to the Principal, and non-generic configuration data that is integral to the integrity of the Principal’s Environment.

Related to Principal Data

  • Teacher or Principal Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, relating to the annual professional performance reviews of classroom teachers or principals that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Confidential Data used in connection with their businesses. “Personal Data” means (i) a natural person’s name, street address, telephone number, e-mail address, photograph, social security number or tax identification number, driver’s license number, passport number, credit card number, bank information, or customer or account number; (ii) any information which would qualify as “personally identifying information” under the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended; (iii) “personal data” as defined by GDPR; (iv) any information which would qualify as “protected health information” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (collectively, “HIPAA”); (v) any “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); and (vi) any other piece of information that allows the identification of such natural person, or his or her family, or permits the collection or analysis of any data related to an identified person’s health or sexual orientation. There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Class Data means Class Member identifying information in Defendant’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, and number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.
