Priority Waiting List definition

Priority Waiting List means a list maintained by the Owner of qualified Tenants seeking to rent a unit at the property after the project is completed based on the number of points assigned to each household.

Examples of Priority Waiting List in a sentence

  • Tenants meeting the qualifications for a unit will be placed on the Priority Waiting List for a unit of the appropriate size and income category.
