Process Manual means the latest version of the manual describing the Hosting Services, the Network and certain other components of the Hosted Solution, including the attestations, certification documents and assistance with compliance and security testing Service Provider agrees to provide, based upon the Service Class selected by Customer, as posted by Service Provider from time to time on a website designated by Service Provider.

Related to Process Manual

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.
