Product Annex definition

Product Annex means, with respect to a specific Product, additional or modified terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit A, inclusive of but not limited to those that may apply to any Third Party Hardware or Third Party Software, unique to such Product.
Product Annex means any product annex which is specified as applicable in the Pricing Supplement, Series Prospectus or Series Listing Particulars
Product Annex means those terms agreed to by the Customer when submitting an Order relevant to the Product(s) noted on the Order, including all exhibits.

More Definitions of Product Annex

Product Annex means any product annex which is specified as applicable in the Issue Terms
Product Annex means one of the annexes to this Agreement. Receipt means a receipt or other token confirming the exchange of one or more Attributes between you and a Customer as part of a Transaction. Software means all software and code made available by us to you in accordance with this Agreement, including Yoti APIs and Yoti SDKs.

Related to Product Annex
