Product Attachments definition

Product Attachments means any Product Attachments which the parties agree in writing shall be incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement.
Product Attachments. The attachments to this Agreement which set forth additional terms and conditions under which Provider shall provide Covered Services to Members pursuant to the Health Benefit Programs. Each Product Attachment will identify the Health Plan or Payors. All Product Attachments that are executed by the parties shall be attached to this Agreement as part of Exhibit 1, shall become a part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.
Product Attachments means a written instrument executed by the parties for the purpose of specifically identifying Product(s) the parties intend to be covered by this MDA and the terms and conditions unique to the particular Product(s). A Product Attachment shall modify and supplement this Base Agreement for the Products covered by that Product Attachment. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Base Agreement and the Product Attachment(s), the Product Attachment(s) shall control.

Examples of Product Attachments in a sentence

  • Product Attachments and Schedules that are not terminated will continue in full force and effect under the terms of these General Terms.

  • Each Contracted Provider shall provide Covered Services described or referenced in the applicable Product Attachment(s) to Covered Persons in those Products in which the Contracted Provider is a Participating Provider, in accordance with this Agreement.

  • All Orders shall reference this Agreement and the applicable Product Attachment and shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions set forth herein as modified and/or supplemented pursuant to Section 1.2 by the terms and conditions of any applicable Product Attachments.

  • All such subcontracts shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Product Attachments) and shall meet PacifiCare’s requirements for Participating Provider subcontracts.

  • All references to the “General Terms” mean this document, exclusive of Product Attachments and Schedules.

  • Provider will be designated as a “Participating Provider” in the Product Attachments listed below as of the date of successful completion of credentialing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Group Members which are initially paid for by PacifiCare and are the shared financial responsibility of PacifiCare and Medical Group, as specified in the Hospital Incentive Programs set forth in the Product Attachments.

  • Other specific standard compliance requirements are defined in the Product Attachments.

  • MSL must also package all Products according to packaging Specifications listed in the Product Attachments.

  • Upon ninety (90) days’ prior written notice, PacifiCare may terminate the Medical Group’s participation in any of the Managed Care Plans described in the Product Attachments to this Agreement.

  • Attachments means any item the Solicitation requires a Service Provider to submit as part of the Offer.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Addendum/Addenda means formally issued written or graphic modifications and/or interpretations of the Construction Documents that may add to, delete from, clarify or correct the description and/or scope of the Work. Addenda are issued during the bidding phase of the project.

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
