Product Domain Name definition

Product Domain Name means the domain name set forth on Schedule 1.1D and all associated portals and websites.
Product Domain Name means a Domain Name that contains in whole or in part (a) any Product Trademark, (b) the generic name for an active pharmaceutical ingredient in any Product (for example, “lorcaserin”), or (c) any other word, name, or xxxx confusingly similar to the foregoing, including a Domain Name containing an intentional misspelling.
Product Domain Name means the domain name “axxxxxxx.xxx” and all other domain names that include “Adderall” in any manner or form and that are owned or registered by Shire.

Examples of Product Domain Name in a sentence

  • AstraZeneca will be responsible for operating the Product Domain Names, including the content thereof, subject to the IPWG’s recommendation and the Parties’ approval of the use of each Product Domain Name that is not exclusive to the Territory as set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Either Party may utilize the Product Trademarks and the Product Domain Names outside of the Territory, provided that such use is not reasonably likely to cause confusion or devalue the Product Trademark or Product Domain Name, as applicable, in the Territory.

  • Subject to Section 7.7, AstraZeneca has the first right (but not the obligation) to enforce or defend any Product Trademark or Product Domain Name, against an Infringement in the Territory.

  • Subject to Section 5.7, AstraZeneca has the first right (but not the obligation) to enforce or defend any Product Trademark or Product Domain Name, against an Infringement in the Territory.

Product Domain Name means a Domain Name that contains in whole or in part (a) any Product Trademark, (b) the generic name for an active pharmaceutical ingredient in any Product (for example, “lorcaserin”), or (c) any other word, name, or mark confusingly similar to the foregoing, including a Domain Name containing an intentional misspelling.
Product Domain Name means a domain name selected by CSL for the purpose of Commercializing a Product in the Territory.
Product Domain Name is defined in Section 9.5.
Product Domain Name means Product specific Internet domain names incorporating the Product Trademark or any variation or part of the Product Trademark as its URL address or any part of such address that ends with “.jp” and that are Controlled by VectivBio or its Affiliates.
Product Domain Name is defined in Section 7.5.1.

Related to Product Domain Name

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Product Know-How means Know-How to the extent related to the properties, manufacture or use of any products.
