Product Lists definition

Product Lists means, collectively, the Transfer List, Elective Nonstrategic List, Strategic List, Reseller List, and the Special Supply List.
Product Lists means the information provided about the Licensed Materials comprised in each Product offered by the Publisher including indicative lists and resources for discovery; Publisher: Emerald Publishing Limited; Secure Network: the network owned or controlled by the Licensee via which Authorised Users access the Licensed Materials; Subscription Period: for Products that are purchased on subscription, the period from the Subscription Start Date to the Subscription End Date, as detailed in the Commercial Terms; Territory: as detailed in the Commercial Terms.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
